Complaints

The school makes many decisions each day and tries hard to do the best for all the children. Your comments, either positive or negative, help us to evaluate our practice and to make improvements.

Perhaps you just want to talk to us about a particular aspect of the school and centre, though not actually make a complaint; you just want to get something off your chest.

Most concerns can be resolved by talking to the member of staff concerned. If you are unhappy about the way your child is being treated, or about any actions or lack of action by us, please feel free to contact us.
