At Prior Weston School, we want to make sure that you feel looked after, safe and happy when you are in and out of school.
We can help you by
- Helping you to know what bullying is.
- Teaching you what to do if you feel like you are being bullied, or if someone else is being bullied.
- Telling you the names of grown ups you can speak to.
- Being there to help and support you, to make things better.

Look for the badge our ambassadors have the skills to help you.
Supported by HRH The Duke of Cambridge, The Diana Award Anti-Bullying Campaign engages young people, parents and teachers to change the attitudes, behaviour and culture of bullying by building skills and confidence to address different situations, both online and offline.
National Anti-Bullying Week 2020
Our entry below for the Islington’s creative art competition as part of national anti-bullying week 2020 was the winning entry for the year; the panel said it was a really well rounded piece with beautiful, symbolic art work, poetry and strategies embedded within the artwork (butterflies) to combat bullying. Excellent!
Anti-Bullying Rhyme
Our children put together the rhyme below in 2019 to stand up to bullying and we have incorporated this into our school policy.
Our school is caring; we want to make it clear
Our attitude is totally "no bullying" in here
Our school is caring; we have a sense of calm,
One where we show tolerance and no-one comes to harm
Our school is caring; we all know the rule
That every since person should feel safe in school!
